Olympiacos signs 34-year-old midfielder Remo Freuler
The experienced Swiss midfielder joins the Greek club on a free transfer, signing a deal through to the summer of 2028.

Greek club Olympiacos have officially confirmed the signing of Swiss national team midfielder Remo Freuler. The 34-year-old joins the side as a free agent, making it a cost-free addition for the club.
The new deal for the Swiss veteran at the Piraeus-based club runs until the summer of 2028. Freuler arrives with a wealth of experience from across top European leagues, including stints with Italian sides Bologna and Atalanta, as well as English club Nottingham Forest.
Last season, Freuler made 40 appearances for Bologna, contributing one goal and two assists. This move provides Olympiacos with significant experience and depth in their midfield for the coming seasons.
