While the club previously offered modest contracts by Ukrainian top-flight standards, they are now prepared to pay certain players between $6,000 and $8,000 per month. This move follows the team's successful retention of their top-tier status last season without the need for relegation playoffs.
That matters because the increased budget is expected to help the club become more active in the transfer market and attract higher-caliber players. The club is also currently working on extending contracts with key players as part of their preparations for the upcoming campaign.
