Hearts agree deal to sell winger Alexandros Kyziridis to Turkish club

Heart of Midlothian have agreed a deal to sell Greece winger Alexandros Kyziridis to an unnamed Turkish club for a fee of approximately £1.7m.

The 25-year-old moved to Tynecastle last summer from Slovakian side Zemplin Michalovce. Under head coach Derek McInnes, Kyziridis became a pivotal attacking outlet as the team mounted a strong challenge for the league title. He finished the season with six goals and 11 assists in 42 appearances, earning an international debut for Greece earlier this summer.

Kyziridis featured in the match against Benfica in Lisbon last week but is now set to travel to Turkey to finalize his departure.

The move follows a tactical shift at Hearts, supported by their recruitment partner Jamestown Analytics. The club has already bolstered their wings this summer with the arrivals of Josh McPake and Calvin Miller, the latter of whom has featured prominently in the opening stages of the current season.
