Venezuelan winger Kryvbas Gleyker Mendoza is set to join Shakhtar Donetsk. According to journalist Ihor Burbas, the Donetsk club has triggered the 24-year-old's release clause, which is valued at 3 million euros.
The player is expected to sign a 5-year contract with his new club. Mendoza has been a standout performer in the Ukrainian Premier League during the 2025/26 season, recording 11 goals and 11 assists in 26 appearances, making him the most productive player in the competition.
