Fiorentina in talks with Manchester United for Joshua Zirkzee loan
Fiorentina are negotiating a loan deal for Manchester United forward Joshua Zirkzee until the end of the season.

Fiorentina have opened talks with Manchester United regarding an initial loan move for forward Joshua Zirkzee. The Italian club is working on a deal that would see the Netherlands international remain in Florence until the end of the season, with an option to potentially make the transfer permanent next summer.
Zirkzee, who joined Manchester United from Bologna for £36.5m in 2024, has found it difficult to establish himself as a regular starter at Old Trafford. Despite scoring on his debut against Fulham, he has managed only 27 starts across his two seasons with the club.
While an agreement is not yet imminent, there is optimism that a deal could be reached before the 1 September transfer deadline. The 25-year-old is reportedly open to a return to Serie A, a league where he previously played.
