Everton are closing in on the signing of Arsenal midfielder Christian Nørgaard. According to Fabrizio Romano, the two clubs have reached a full agreement for a permanent transfer.
The fee is set at £7 million. Nørgaard is departing the Emirates Stadium after just one season, during which he contributed to Arsenal’s Premier League title-winning campaign, making 20 appearances across all competitions and providing two assists.
The deal is now in the final stages. Both clubs are expected to exchange official documentation this weekend, after which the player will undergo a mandatory medical examination to finalize the move.
