Dynamo Kyiv have officially been eliminated from European competition this season. In the second leg against Qarabag, Ihor Kostiuk's team failed to defend the narrow lead they had secured at home, falling to a 0-2 defeat.
The hosts opened the scoring early in the 12th minute through Muaddib. In the second half, on the 69th minute, Oleksiy Kashchuk doubled the lead for the Azerbaijani club, ultimately securing the win. Despite efforts to equalize the aggregate score, the Kyiv side could not break through the defense.
This match concluded the tie, which had started with a 1-0 victory for the Ukrainian side in the first leg. Qarabag advances to the next round on aggregate score.
