Chelsea agree deal for Valentin Barco from Strasbourg

Chelsea have reached an agreement for the transfer of Strasbourg attacking midfielder Valentin Barco. Trusted insider Fabrizio Romano has confirmed the deal, reporting that the 21-year-old Argentine will join the London side this summer.
