Barcelona target Porto defender Jakub Kiwior

Catalan side Barcelona has identified a new target to reinforce their defensive line. The club is showing interest in Polish defender Jakub Kiwior, who currently plays for Porto.
According to reports, the club's sporting director Deco has already contacted the Portuguese club's president to discuss potential transfer terms. Barcelona representatives have personally scouted the player throughout the season in the Primeira Liga, where he delivered strong performances.
This matters because Barcelona relied on a rotation of Pau Cubarsi, Eric Garcia, Ronald Araujo, and Andreas Christensen in the heart of defense last season. Kiwior has emerged as a priority option after the club shifted focus away from Alessandro Bastoni of Inter.
The transfer fee for the player is currently estimated at approximately 27 million euros.
