Tottenham Hotspur and Spain national team right-back Pedro Porro has emerged as a target for Barcelona. According to reports, the 26-year-old is highly regarded by club president Joan Laporta and sporting director Deco.
Despite this interest, a transfer in the near future is seen as nearly impossible. The player recently signed a significant long-term contract extension with Spurs, which runs until the summer of 2031 and includes a substantial salary increase.
Beyond the contractual stability, Barcelona currently do not view the right-back position as an area requiring urgent investment. With a market value estimated at 35 million euros, Porro remains a core part of Tottenham's squad, making any potential departure a complex and unlikely prospect for the Catalan side.
