Atletico Madrid has publicly addressed the persistent rumors surrounding a potential transfer of Julian Alvarez to Barcelona. The club posted an ironic message on social media, jokingly claiming they had sent an official fax to the Catalan side regarding a bid for Lamine Yamal.

In their humorous proposal, the Madrid club jokingly offered four tickets to a Bad Bunny concert, an annual subscription to ABC, and a bag of seeds in exchange for the youngster. They added with irony that they were waiting for a response to prepare the official announcement.

This move was a direct jab at media reports alleging Barcelona's interest in the Argentine striker. Previously, Atletico had already denied receiving any formal inquiries from the Catalan club regarding their forward.
