Amorim on direct communication and pressure at AC Milan

AC Milan head coach Ruben Amorim has opened up about his approach to dealing with the media. The Portuguese manager acknowledged that his tendency to be direct can occasionally create unnecessary pressure or awkward situations for the club, though he believes there are benefits to being transparent.

Amorim emphasized that dealing with high-level pressure is part of the job. He believes the squad must avoid focusing solely on negative outcomes and continue building on the work they are already doing well.

Pressure is normal. If you have reached this level, you have already had moments of great pressure in your career. We just need to keep going because we are doing a lot of good things.
