Alexander Isak on Nottingham Forest draw: 'Important to get a point'

Forward Alexander Isak discussed the 2-2 draw in the second round of the Premier League against Nottingham Forest. The match marked a personal milestone for the Swedish player, as he netted his first goal of the current campaign.
Despite a difficult start to the game, Liverpool showed resilience. However, Isak believes the team should have been more clinical in managing the lead after taking the initiative.
"With the fighting spirit and desire never to give up, we have no problems. We showed that last week too. Obviously, we started the match poorly again this time. When we took the lead, I think that was the moment we needed to do better, because we conceded an equalizer quite quickly again. But given the position we were in, it is always good to take at least one point. I am very happy to have scored my first goal and I hope the goals will come regularly now." — Alexander Isak
