AC Milan board set to approve 2025/2026 financial accounts
AC Milan's board is expected to approve financial results showing a €25 million loss, ending a three-year streak of profitability due to missing the Champions League.
The board of directors at AC Milan is set to approve the financial results for the year ending 30 June 2026 within the next 24 hours. The accounts will subsequently be presented to shareholders during the customary meeting scheduled for late October.
Forecasts suggest the report will show a consolidated loss of approximately €25 million. This deficit marks the end of a positive trend for the Rossoneri, who had recorded three consecutive profitable years—reporting surpluses of €6.1 million in 2023, €4.1 million in 2024, and €2.9 million in 2025—which had allowed the club to definitively exit the strict constraints of their settlement agreement with UEFA.
The primary factor behind the financial downturn is the club's absence from the Champions League for the 2025/2026 season. After failing to achieve their sporting objectives in 2025, the club missed out on significant revenue streams, specifically prize money from UEFA and ticket sales generated at San Siro.
Despite the deficit, financial damage is viewed as contained due to careful management. The official final figures will be made public once the board of directors completes the formal approval process.
