AC Milan agree contract terms with Andoni Iraola
The Italian club has reached an agreement on personal terms with the Spanish coach, who is now seeking clarity on the club's long-term project.

AC Milan are continuing negotiations with former Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola regarding the vacant head coaching position. According to reports, the club has already reached an agreement with the Spanish specialist regarding the length of the contract and the salary package.
However, Iraola is not yet ready to commit fully. The coach is seeking more information regarding the club's long-term sporting project, plans for squad reinforcements, and the budget for the upcoming summer transfer window. Due to the club's failure to qualify for the Champions League, Milan's financial capacity this summer will be limited to approximately 30-35 million euros.
That matters because the Milan hierarchy is currently implementing a two-year development plan, with expectations that the transfer budget could be significantly higher next year. Beyond Milan, Iraola is also attracting interest from Crystal Palace and Bayer Leverkusen.
