Zorya Luhansk has completed its first summer transfer. The new addition to the squad is 26-year-old Kudrivka defender Artem Macheliuk.
Reports indicate that the deal for the fullback is finalized. Although the Luhansk club's management began pursuing the player during the winter, he is set to officially link up with his new team during the upcoming summer transfer window ahead of the 2026/27 season.
During the current Ukrainian Premier League campaign, Macheliuk has made 26 appearances, contributing one assist. This move is a significant step for Zorya's squad depth, coming shortly after reports emerged that the club had parted ways with one of its foreign players.
