Real Madrid and Brazil forward Vinicius Junior has shared his thoughts on the favorites for the upcoming World Cup. He believes Spain is among the top contenders following their European Championship victory.
The Brazilian specifically highlighted Spanish talent Lamine Yamal. According to Vinicius, the youngster is one of the best players in the world, adding that fans pay for tickets specifically to see players of his caliber.
The 2026 World Cup will take place in the USA, Mexico, and Canada from June 11 to July 19. During the group stage, Spain will face Cape Verde, Uruguay, and Saudi Arabia, while Brazil is set to compete against Morocco, Haiti, and Scotland.
