Karpaty Lviv forward Baboucarr Faal could be set for a move away from the Ukrainian league following the conclusion of the current season. Reports suggest that Czech club Viktoria Plzeň has submitted an official transfer offer for the 23-year-old Gambian international.
The proposal includes a fixed transfer fee of two million euros, complemented by potential add-ons. These bonuses are tied to specific performance criteria, including the player's appearances in the starting lineup and the club's success in European competition.
For Karpaty Lviv, the offer represents a significant potential profit. The club signed Faal from Rukh Lviv during the winter transfer window for 500,000 euros. Since his arrival, he has made 10 appearances, contributing two goals and four assists.
Viktoria Plzeň finished third in the Czech top flight, securing a spot in the 2026/27 UEFA Europa League qualification rounds. The club is reportedly looking to bolster its attacking options ahead of that campaign.
