Ukrainian midfielder Lytvynenko joins Zalgiris
25-year-old Ukrainian midfielder Ivan Lytvynenko has signed an 18-month contract with the Lithuanian club.

Lithuanian club Zalgiris has officially announced the signing of Ukrainian midfielder Ivan Lytvynenko. The 25-year-old successfully completed his medical examination and signed a contract running for a year and a half, with an option to extend the deal for an additional season.
The move follows Lytvynenko's stint at Metalist 1925. Since joining the Kharkiv-based side in August 2024, he made 44 official appearances and scored three goals.
This transfer marks a new chapter in his career as he joins Zalgiris. He will be the second Ukrainian player in the squad, joining forward Stanislav Bilyi, which is expected to aid his integration into the new league.
