Ukraine national team loses two players before friendly against Poland
Dmytro Riznyk and Oleksiy Hutsulyak will miss the training camp due to injuries sustained at their respective clubs.

The Ukraine national football team has suffered a double blow ahead of their friendly match against Poland. Goalkeeper Dmytro Riznyk of Shakhtar Donetsk and winger Oleksiy Hutsulyak of Polissya Zhytomyr have been ruled out due to injuries picked up during club duties.
The Ukrainian Association of Football confirmed that both players would miss the upcoming training camp. Hutsulyak has had a productive season, recording nine goals and seven assists in 31 appearances, while Riznyk has kept 22 clean sheets in 41 games.
This friendly marks the first game for the Ukrainian side under the leadership of Italian coach Andrea Maldera, who took over following the departure of Serhiy Rebrov. In response to the injuries, Slovan Bratislava defender Danylo Ihnatenko has been called up to the squad.
