Trabzonspor have been crowned winners of the 2025/26 Turkish Cup after a 2-1 victory over Konyaspor in the final. This win marks the tenth time the club has lifted the prestigious trophy under the guidance of manager Fatih Tekke.

Nigerian forward Paul Onuachu proved to be the decisive figure, netting both goals for his side. He opened the scoring in the 18th minute, connecting with a cross from Wagner Pina. Although Trabzonspor controlled much of the first half, Konyaspor equalized early in the second through Jackson Muleka following a scramble in the penalty area.

The match was full of drama as Enis Bardhi missed a penalty for Konyaspor, hitting the post. The turning point arrived in the 76th minute when Marko Jevtovic was penalized for a handball in the box. Onuachu stepped up to convert the spot-kick, sealing the victory for his team.

Ukrainian midfielder Oleksandr Zubkov started the game and played a key role, remaining on the pitch until the 90+2nd minute. This victory marks the first major title for Zubkov since moving to Turkey.
