Tottenham: Roberto De Zerbi confirms trio want to leave
Richarlison, Kevin Danso, and Pape Matar Sarr have demanded transfers from Tottenham following a difficult start to the season.

Following a 2-0 defeat to Newcastle United at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi has dropped a bombshell: Richarlison, Kevin Danso, and Pape Matar Sarr have all requested to leave the club.
None of the three players were included in the matchday squad this weekend. While Sarr is managing a minor hamstring issue, De Zerbi confirmed that the primary driver for their absence is their desire to seek new opportunities before the transfer deadline. Reports suggest Juventus are already eyeing a deal for Sarr.

De Zerbi maintained that there is no personal animosity, but insisted that any departure must be backed by an «economic solution» for the club. The manager also defended his long-term project, urging supporters to stay patient after a winless start where the team has failed to score in their opening two league fixtures.
The situation creates significant pressure for the club, which invested over £350 million on eight new signings this summer. Despite the heavy expenditure and back-to-back losses, De Zerbi remains confident in the squad's quality, attributing the poor start to the need for time to integrate new players and build tactical cohesion.
