Dynamo Kyiv president Igor Surkis has outlined the club's approach to the transfer market ahead of their upcoming Europa League first qualifying round campaign.
Surkis confirmed that the club is looking for reinforcements, but emphasized that they will not abandon their commitment to youth development. He noted that he had discussed the importance of gaining experience for young players with the president of the Ukrainian Association of Football, Andriy Shevchenko.

The team is currently preparing for their European start in a month and a half. Potential opponents for the Kyiv side in the first round of qualification include Vojvodina, Zilina, Universitatea Cluj, Aluminij, Derry City, and Vestri.
