French club Strasbourg is monitoring 21-year-old English defender Michael Parker, currently playing for Swedish side Örgryte.

French side Strasbourg is pursuing 21-year-old English defender Michael Parker. The player, who stands 1.93m tall, currently plays for Swedish club Örgryte after joining them in February.
Parker has made 13 appearances, including 11 starts, in all competitions since his arrival in Sweden. He is under contract until December 2028. His background includes time spent at English clubs West Bromwich Albion, Burnley, and Huddersfield Town.
The defender is also attracting interest from Italian club Udinese and Belgian side Anderlecht.
Strasbourg's recruitment department remains active despite the club being currently without a head coach following Gary O'Neil's departure to Ipswich. The arrivals of Diogo Sousa, Milosz Pietukowski, and Benjamin Brantlind are already reportedly secured.
