French side Strasbourg have reached an agreement with Chelsea to sign midfielder Dário Essugo on loan. All key details of the deal have been finalized, with the transfer expected to be completed in the near future.
The 21-year-old Portuguese player was initially expected to spend the season with Hull City, but that deal collapsed. Following the breakdown, Chelsea quickly secured an alternative option for the player in France.
