Scottish transfer gossip: Cozier-Duberry to Rangers, Johnstone to Celtic

Rangers remain in negotiations with Brighton and Hove Albion to sign winger Amario Cozier-Duberry. A previous bid from the Scottish club was rejected, but talks are ongoing.
