French striker Esteban Lepol has officially extended his contract with Rennes. According to the club's website, the player has signed a new deal running until the end of June 2030, extending his previous agreement which was set to expire in 2029.

The 26-year-old forward enjoyed a stellar campaign in 2025/26, finishing as the top scorer in Ligue 1 with 21 goals in 34 appearances. His prolific form was instrumental in helping the team secure a sixth-place finish and direct qualification for the upcoming Europa League main stage.

Rennes acquired Lepol from Angers in August 2025 for 13.5 million euros. Since then, his market value has surged, with Transfermarkt now valuing him at 35 million euros. Given his impressive performance, the striker had attracted attention from top clubs, but this extension reinforces his commitment to the club's future.
