Real Madrid reports record-breaking revenue for 2025/26 season
Real Madrid has become the first sports club in the world to surpass 1.2 billion euros in annual revenue.

The board of directors of Real Madrid met on July 28, 2026, to finalize the annual financial statements for the 2025/26 season. The club's official statement confirms that these figures highlight the strength of its economic model, maintaining its position as the world leader in sports revenue generation.
Operating revenue, excluding player transfers, reached 1.221 billion euros, marking a 3.1% increase over the previous year. Real Madrid is now the first sports club globally to break the 1.2 billion euro barrier.
Growth was primarily driven by businesses managed directly by the club. Revenue from the stadium rose by 11%, while marketing income saw a 6% increase, supported by the renewal of major sponsorship deals and the addition of new partners.
Since the 2018/19 season, total revenue has risen by 61%, with 93% of that growth coming from revenue managed directly by the club. Stadium revenue, for example, has more than doubled (+107%) compared with 2018/19, the last year before the building work began.
