Paris Saint-Germain officially confirmed on Monday the arrival of 18-year-old Italian goalkeeper Alessandro Longoni. The player has signed a long-term contract with the capital club, keeping him in Paris until 2031.

Longoni joins PSG as a free agent following his departure from AC Milan. The club views him as one of the most promising goalkeepers of his generation in Italy.

Initially, the young keeper is expected to feature for the youth squad while participating in training sessions with the professional group.

During his time with the Italian youth national teams, Longoni achieved success by winning the U17 European Championship in 2024. He was also a key part of the Italian squad that reached the semi-finals of the U17 World Cup the previous year.
