PrivatBank puts Dnipro-Arena stadium up for auction
The Dnipro-Arena stadium and training base will be auctioned on October 6, 2026, with a starting price of 140.7 million UAH.

PrivatBank has opened a public auction via the Prozorro.Sale system for the Dnipro-Arena stadium and a training facility in Dnipro. The auction is scheduled for October 6, 2026, with a starting bid of 140.7 million UAH, excluding VAT.
Interested buyers must provide a security deposit of 7.04 million UAH to participate. The assets are being sold as a single package, covering over 36,000 square meters of property. The land beneath these facilities remains under municipal ownership and is not included in the sale.
The Dnipro-Arena stadium, reconstructed in 2008, has a capacity of 31,003 spectators and has previously hosted matches for FC Dnipro and SC Dnipro-1. The complex features a professional pitch, VIP facilities, and parking. The training base in Prydniprovsk includes seven outdoor fields, an indoor stadium, and a medical recovery center.
The bank acquired these assets following loan defaults occurring before the bank's nationalization. The sale is part of an initiative to offload non-core assets. A previous attempt to sell the properties for 150 million UAH last year failed due to a lack of bidders.
Access to the auction is restricted; sanctioned individuals, entities from high-risk jurisdictions, and parties connected to the bank's former owners or leadership are barred from participating.
