Polissya eliminated from Conference League after defeat to Copenhagen
The Ukrainian side ended their European campaign following a 1-2 loss to Copenhagen in the Conference League qualifiers.

Polissya have been eliminated from European competition after a 1-2 defeat to Copenhagen in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Europa Conference League.
The hosts took the lead in the 27th minute when Mohamed Elyounoussi converted a penalty against goalkeeper Georgiy Bushchan. The game shifted early in the second half when Copenhagen's Junnosuke Suzuki was shown a straight red card for a foul, reducing the home side to ten men.
Despite the numerical advantage, Polissya were unable to capitalize and conceded a second goal on the counter-attack, finished by Robert. Boris Krushynskyi scored a consolation goal for the visitors in stoppage time following a deflection, but it was too late to mount a comeback.
The result confirms Polissya's exit from the tournament in the second qualifying round.
