Polissya secured a narrow victory over Kryvbas thanks to an early penalty and now sits at the top of the UPL table before the October break.

In the latest round of the Ukrainian Premier League, Polissya claimed a hard-fought victory against Kryvbas. The decisive moment arrived in the 6th minute when Ihor Krasnopir successfully converted a penalty kick.
Despite the narrow scoreline, the hosts controlled the game and were unlucky not to extend their lead, hitting the woodwork three times throughout the match. With this result, the Zhytomyr-based team secures their position at the top of the UPL table heading into the October international break.
