This duel carries symbolic weight, as the match against the Nigerian striker served as the breakthrough moment for Cubarsí. On March 12, 2024, at just 17 years old, the defender made his Champions League debut against Napoli. His stellar performance against Osimhen earned him the Man of the Match award.
