Pascal Gross retires from international duty with Germany
Brighton midfielder Pascal Gross has officially announced his retirement from the German national team.

Brighton midfielder Pascal Gross has officially confirmed his retirement from international football with Germany. The 35-year-old announced his decision following his side's 3-0 victory against Arsenal in the Premier League, a match in which he also found the back of the net.

Gross made his senior international debut later in his career at the age of 32 on September 9, 2023. His first appearance came in a friendly match against Japan, which Germany lost 4-1 under former head coach Hans-Dieter Flick.
Over the course of his international tenure, the midfielder accumulated 19 caps for the German national side, scoring one goal.
