Mika Godts confirms PSG talks but remains committed to Ajax

Ajax winger Mika Godts has publicly addressed the ongoing speculation regarding a potential move to PSG. Following Ajax's 2-0 victory over Zwolle in their Eredivisie opener, the 21-year-old Belgian confirmed that negotiations are currently taking place.

Addressing rumors that he was avoiding the starting lineup to force a transfer, Godts clarified that his decision to start on the bench was purely precautionary due to a minor hamstring issue. He entered the game in the second half and provided an assist in stoppage time.
