Manchester United have officially unveiled a multi-year training kit sponsorship deal with Betway, generating a reported record income of £20 million per season. The branding will feature prominently across training apparel for both the men's and women's squads, in addition to matchday exposure at Old Trafford and the Progress with Unity Stadium.
This commercial agreement effectively fills a vacancy that had persisted since the expiration of the club's deal with Tezos in June 2025. According to the club, the partnership aligns with upcoming Premier League regulations, which will prohibit gambling companies from appearing on the front of matchday shirts from next season.
United's chief business officer Marc Armstrong stated:
We are delighted to welcome Betway as official principal partner. The scale of our exciting new partnership reflects our growth strategy, the enduring global strength and appeal of Manchester United, and our ability to attract leading brands that want to engage with our vast worldwide fanbase.
The club is showing strong momentum both commercially and on the pitch under manager Michael Carrick. Following a third-place finish last term, the Red Devils have already strengthened their squad with the signings of Andrey Santos and Youri Tielemans, with further additions expected before the window shuts.
