Manchester City considering move for Manu Koné

Manchester City continues their search for midfield reinforcements and has added Manu Koné to their list of potential targets. According to reports from Ben Jacobs, the French midfielder is currently being evaluated by the club as a viable option for the upcoming season.

His current club has placed a valuation of at least 55 million euros on the player. Last season, Koné proved his reliability by featuring in 37 matches across all competitions, contributing two goals and three assists.

The interest from the Cityzens comes amidst challenges in securing other targets. The club previously engaged in talks with Bournemouth regarding Alex Scott, but the Cherries have remained adamant about not selling the player, having already turned down a 64 million pound bid from elsewhere.

Meanwhile, reports suggest that Manu Koné has also emerged as a primary target for Manchester United, who are pivoting to new options after cooling their interest in Atalanta's Ederson.
