David de Gea, currently enjoying a resurgence at Fiorentina, has set his sights on a very specific destination should he decide to move on. Reports suggest the veteran goalkeeper is prepared to walk away from the Viola only for a sensational return to Manchester United.

Despite growing speculation linking him with a move to Juventus, who are actively seeking reinforcements in goal, De Gea remains uninterested in joining another European rival. His deep connection to Old Trafford, where he spent 12 successful years, appears to be the primary motivator for his career decisions.

The Spaniard has been in impressive form, making 88 appearances for the Italian side and keeping 24 clean sheets, which earned him a spot in the 2024-25 Serie A Team of the Season. Although his contract runs until 2028, his long-term ambition remains tied to his former club.
