Lorient sign Napoli defender Nosa Obaretin on loan
FC Lorient have announced the loan signing of Napoli centre-back Nosa Obaretin with an option to buy, following the arrival of winger Isak Jensen.

French side Lorient have accelerated their transfer activity, confirming the arrival of Napoli centre-back Nosa Obaretin. The 23-year-old Italian defender joins on a loan deal that includes an option for a permanent transfer and will wear the number 55 shirt.
Developed at AC Milan, Obaretin brings experience from Serie B, having played 30 matches for Empoli last season and 26 games for Bari during the 2024-2025 campaign. Sporting director Laurent Koscielny praised the player's defensive attributes.

The arrival follows Monday's announcement of Danish winger Isak Jensen, who joined on loan from AZ Alkmaar and has been assigned the number 10 jersey.
