Lorient secure second consecutive pre-season win against Nantes

FC Lorient continues to make a positive start to their pre-season campaign. Under the guidance of new coach Alexandre Dujeux, the side secured a narrow 1-0 victory against FC Nantes at the Stade du Perenno.
The decisive moment came in the 26th minute when Théo Le Bris rose to meet a corner kick, heading the ball into the net. This goal marks his first since October 2025.
This result follows Lorient's previous 2-1 victory over Concarneau last week. For FC Nantes, currently preparing for life in Ligue 2, this marks their first defeat of the pre-season following an emphatic 5-0 win over FC Fleury 91 seven days earlier.
