In the 29th round of the Persha Liha, Livyi Bereh Kyiv secured a commanding 4-0 victory over Metalurh Zaporizhzhia. The result was effectively decided in the first half, as the hosts netted all four goals within a nine-minute span.
Nazariy Vorobchak opened the scoring in the 35th minute. Shortly after, Wendel hit the crossbar before finding the net in the 40th minute to extend the lead. Just two minutes later, Wendel completed his brace, and Vikentiy Voloshyn added a fourth goal for the hosts in the 44th minute.
