Lille has officially confirmed its pre-season schedule. The squad, led by new head coach Davide Ancelotti, will travel to Germany for a five-day training camp running from August 3 to 7.
The team, which has been in training since July 6, will be based at the Klosterpforte facilities near Bielefeld. This move follows a similar decision last summer when the club chose Germany for its pre-season preparations. A friendly match is scheduled to take place at the end of the camp, with the opponent yet to be confirmed.
Lille is set to kick off its domestic season on August 23 away at Angers. Following the German camp, the club will conclude its pre-season preparations with a high-profile friendly match against Everton on August 15.
