Leeds United in no rush to sign Jean-Matteo Bahoya permanently

Leeds United are not planning to rush into triggering the purchase option for 21-year-old forward Jean-Matteo Bahoya. The Frenchman, currently on loan from Eintracht Frankfurt, is spending the campaign in England.
While the loan agreement includes a buyout clause valued at £19.7 million, the Leeds hierarchy has opted to wait and see how the forward adapts to the intensity of English football throughout the season. A final decision on his future will only be made once the campaign concludes.
Despite the cautious approach, the club remains optimistic about Bahoya's potential. Should he perform at a high level and make a significant contribution to the team's success, Leeds are prepared to consider completing the permanent transfer.
The forward previously appeared in 37 matches for Eintracht Frankfurt last season before making his summer move to England on a season-long deal.
