Lazio reach loan agreement with Ajax for Josip Sutalo

Ajax defender Josip Sutalo is set to continue his career in Serie A after Lazio reached an agreement for his transfer. The Roman club has finalized the terms for a loan move for the 26-year-old Croatian international.
Reports indicate the loan fee is set at three million euros, with an option to make the move permanent for 7.5 million euros. The deal also includes a sell-on clause, ensuring Ajax will receive 10% of any future transfer fee for the player.
Sutalo arrives at Lazio following a productive campaign that saw him make 31 appearances last season. The defender also gained significant experience on the global stage, featuring in four matches for Croatia during the 2026 World Cup.
