Reports from Fabrizio Romano suggest that the Serie A side is preparing an offer consisting of €6–7 million in guaranteed fees, with additional bonuses tied to the player's appearances.
The club believes this valuation is fair, citing concerns regarding Martinez's fitness following a finger injury sustained after the World Cup. However, the final decision rests with the English club.
