Joshua Zirkzee agrees to Juventus move

Manchester United forward Joshua Zirkzee has reached an agreement in principle to join Juventus, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport. The 25-year-old has found opportunities limited under Michael Carrick and is reportedly keen on returning to Serie A, where he previously excelled with Bologna.

Due to financial constraints, Juventus are prioritizing a loan deal with a non-mandatory option to buy. Meanwhile, Manchester United are considering leveraging this interest to secure Juventus winger Francisco Conceicao in a potential player-plus-cash deal involving Zirkzee and €30 million.

Should negotiations with United prove too complex, Juventus have identified Chelsea duo Liam Delap and Emmanuel Emegha as contingency options. Manager Luciano Spalletti is seeking a physical presence to lead the line following Dusan Vlahovic's departure, and both players are viewed as fitting that profile.

The move for Zirkzee coincides with a major attacking overhaul in Turin. The club has finalized the signing of Randal Kolo Muani from PSG for a reported €38 million fee. To accommodate these arrivals, Juventus are prepared to offload Jonathan David for €30 million to balance their books.
