Inter Milan has agreed on terms for a new long-term contract with head coach Cristian Chivu until 2028.
The management of Inter Milan has reached a full agreement with head coach Cristian Chivu regarding a new long-term contract. According to renowned insider Nicolo Schira, all terms have been finalized.
The contract is expected to be signed this Thursday, June 18. The deal will run until 2028 with an option to extend for an additional season, and the 45-year-old manager is set to earn four million euros per year.
This extension rewards the success achieved by Chivu since taking charge last summer. Under his leadership, the Nerazzurri secured both the Italian league title and the domestic Cup.
