Haiduchyk: We must be colder in front of goal

Forward Mykola Haiduchyk of Polissya has shared his thoughts following the high-scoring 3-3 draw against Copenhagen in the second qualifying round of the Conference League.

Haiduchyk admitted that the team had hoped for a victory, especially after holding a lead and creating numerous goalscoring opportunities. He noted that at this level of competition, minor lapses in concentration are punished immediately by the opponent.

Of course, we wanted to win because we were leading and created quite a lot of chances today. As the coach says, the opponent does not forgive mistakes at this level. We need to be a little colder and convert our chances. Mykola Haiduchyk
