French Minister of Sports, Youth and Community Life Marina Ferrari will represent the government at the start of the World Cup, which runs from June 11 to July 19. She is scheduled to attend France's opening match against Senegal, taking place this Tuesday at 9:00 PM at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.

During her two-day visit to the United States, Minister Ferrari plans to engage in dialogue with the National Hockey League (NHL) regarding the 2028 Ice Hockey World Championship, which is set to be hosted by France.

The itinerary also includes meetings with American and French companies operating in the US. These sessions will be held in the presence of Philippe Diallo, president of the French Football Federation (FFF).
