Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick has raised concerns regarding the development of 22-year-old defender Alejandro Balde. Reports suggest that the German manager believes the player has stagnated and is failing to reach the required performance standards.
Balde has seen very limited action this season, logging only 12 minutes on the pitch. Given these circumstances, the club is evaluating the player's future, with a definitive decision on a potential exit expected in the summer of 2027.
Juventus are actively monitoring the situation. The Turin side previously explored the possibility of signing the Spaniard and could reignite their interest during the upcoming summer transfer window.
While Balde is under contract with the Catalan giants until 2028, his current market valuation stands at approximately 50 million euros. With limited playing time under Flick, his long-term future at the club remains uncertain.
